The gastronomic classic returns this winter to the base of Cerro Catedral, inside Hotel Catedral Patagonia.
This winter, La Raclette opens its doors once again at the base of Cerro Catedral. The experience returns inside Hotel Catedral Patagonia, reviving a table that has long been tied to mountain nights, melted cheese, and shared plates.
Its return adds a new chapter to the mountain's gastronomic history, and expands what's on offer to continue the day once the slopes close.

The return of a base-camp classic
For years, La Raclette was part of the gastronomic life of Villa Catedral — a gathering table for skiers, travelers, and locals after a day on the mountain.
Now, La Raclette returns within a hotel that celebrates 78 years of history at the base of Cerro Catedral.
Made to share by the fire.
Raclette and Patagonian flavors
Raclette is the menu's centerpiece: melted cheese, served to share, paired with a menu built for winter nights.
Raclette and fondue are at the heart of the table. The offering is rounded out with trout, lamb, goulash, and seasonal dishes made with local products. To finish, torta vasca.
A selection of Argentine wines completes the experience.
The essentials, by the fire.

A table for after the mountain
The location lets you move from a day on Cerro Catedral straight to dinner, without leaving the base. La Raclette is designed for guests and visitors to Villa Catedral alike.
Rather than stretching out "the experience" artificially, the difference here is concrete: closing the day with a mountain dinner in the same place where it unfolded.
