New season. New experiences. A deeper connection to the mountain.

This winter, Hotel Catedral Patagonia welcomes the season with new recovery experiences, the return of La Raclette, and a calendar of events designed to make every day on the mountain last a little longer.

Set at the base of Cerro Catedral, just steps from the ski lifts, the hotel places guests at the heart of winter life: first tracks in the morning, long afternoons on the slopes, evenings by the fire, shared tables, good wine, and the quiet pause before doing it all again.

Some things never change.

The excitement of arriving at the mountain. Fresh snow. Early starts. Days shaped by the rhythm of the slopes.

Others evolve with every season.

For Winter 2026, Hotel Catedral Patagonia introduces new ways to experience life beyond the ski day, with enhanced wellness and recovery offerings, signature mountain dining, and a seasonal program that unfolds throughout July and August.

Recovery Designed for the Mountain

A great ski day deserves a great recovery.

At Hotel Catedral Patagonia’s Holistic Center, wellness is woven into mountain life through a spa, massage treatments, kinesiology services, a yoga deck, and a heated indoor pool.

This season, the recovery offering expands with compression therapy systems, pressotherapy boots, and a wellness circuit designed to help guests restore, recharge, and return to the slopes feeling their best.

Recovery is about more than rest.

It helps reduce muscle fatigue, release tension, support circulation, and prepare the body for another day on the mountain. The result is simple: more energy, greater comfort, and more days lived to the fullest.

The Return of La Raclette

This winter, one of the hotel’s most beloved mountain traditions returns.

La Raclette is back, bringing together everything that defines alpine dining: fire, melted cheese, Patagonian ingredients, Argentine wines, and the pleasure of gathering around a shared table.

The menu features raclette as its signature experience, alongside trout, lamb, goulash, and seasonal specialties. To finish, Basque cheesecake. To accompany it all, a curated wine selection designed for lingering long after dinner begins.

La Raclette returns not simply as a restaurant, but as one of winter’s rituals.

Winter Beyond the Slopes

Throughout July and August, Hotel Catedral Patagonia will host a series of experiences designed to extend the energy of the mountain into the evening.

Guests can expect brand activations, après-ski gatherings, wine tastings, cellar experiences, and seasonal events inspired by mountain culture.

The idea is simple: when the ski day ends, the experience continues.

Whether it’s a glass of wine, a tasting, a shared table, or an evening gathering, winter at the hotel offers new reasons to stay a little longer.

Programming will be announced throughout the season via the hotel’s official channels.
